ReplyDeleteI used to do a lot of yoga and loved it, I never had any backache and my posture was good. I must get back into it. I was sitting on the floor today and when I got up I felt stiff and creaky. I bet you feel amazing after that week.

ReplyDeleteoh my that sounds nice. what a lovely way to spend the days (for a little while anyhow). i miss going to yoga class, i went every week for eight years and then we moved to a town that doesn't have a class available. i know i can and still do some at home but its not quite as relaxing having a two year doing it next to you (or on top of you!)
