Today we made Simplicity Chocolate Cake.

Simplicity Chocolate Cake
3 T butter
2 T cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 cup SR flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 t vanilla essence
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add milk, melted butter, eggs & vanilla.
3. Mix until mixture changes to a slightly lighter colour.
4. Pour into a prepared tin.
5. In our oven we bake for 40 mins on 180 degrees.
