it's official...
I'm a stay at home mum.
"After careful consideration, I regret to advise that I will not be returning to my position in 2010.
At this time I feel it is best for my family for me to stay at home with my daughter."
Just a technicality really. But boy it feels good. And right.
Well done. Glad it feels right for you.
ReplyDeleteWell done - it is the most important job in the world!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, you can go bonkers with the rest of us!!
ReplyDeleteWe decided that I would stay home with our Neatnik and I do not regret it at all.
ReplyDeleteNow that she is in grammar school, I lecture part-time at a local college.
How exciting! well done.
ReplyDeleteOh how brilliant. I love hearing that decision, world keeps turning and you get to watch your little one grow....happy mumminess to you...xxx
ReplyDeleteIsn't it funny how something that was actually just a technicality as you say, can lift a weight off your shoulders (Yep, been there, done that). Congratulations and enjoy!
ReplyDeletethat's wonderful! and such a great blog. i'm glad you commented and i found you!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on taking the leap! I'll be following suit very shortly, as soon as I work up the courage ;-)
ReplyDeleteTechnicalities are under-rated, I think. Tackling technicalities draws a line in the sand and makes everything official. No looking back now! Onward and upward and hearty congratulations!
ReplyDeleteYay for you!
ReplyDeleteWell done - I am so pleased for you!
ReplyDeleteCongrats! ;)
