weekending. . .

we hitched up the caravan. headed west. found our favourite camping spot. made our way to the beach. whales cruised by. she collected and arranged treasures. he dug in the sand. we explored in rock pools. cooked fresh fish for dinner. bathed in a bucket. early to bed. snuggled under doonas. woke with the birds. strolled down to the beach. drank coffee from enamel mugs. had pancakes for breakfast. splashed in puddles. toasted marshmallows over the fire. surfed. got lost in a good book. kids played with friends. came home rested and relaxed. . .

  6. stunning photos. what a beautiful scenery. your kids are really cute. we keep changing our mind about buying a caravan. seeing you do this over a weekend has me thinking again. i love the idea of a caravan and being able to pretty much go where you want and not have to think about where you will sleep and how you will eat. i could get used to that. xo
