glimpses. . .

it's been one month now
since we moved into our new house
a blur of unpacking,
sorting & endless jobs to do

the last box has been emptied
the builders are almost finished
the fine tuning has begun
& our focus has shifted outside

it's such an easy place to live in
a space designed by us, for us
& after weeks of doing,
finally, we're tasting sweet moments of being

{here's a look at aila & elliot's bathroom}

  7. bathroom heaven! I wanna see more!!!

    We have an old washstand sitting in our bathroom with a basin and tapware (uninstalled) sitting on top of it ready to be made into a vanity. It's been there for seven months. Another thing not finished. Hmph... you've inspired me to just get it done already! x

  12. Just beautiful. I love your mixing with old and new. It gives a new house a soul I think. Love the way you put the sink in the wooden cabinet.
