baby suprise. . .

I've long admired Elizabeth Zimmermann's Baby Suprise Jacket.

Unfortunately my knitting ability is limited
to the simple scarf I mastered way back in my primary school days.

Just as well my mum is a gun on the needles
and loves to spoil The Little One.

The postman made this special delivery during the week.

Just perfect for the chilly winter that's fast approaching.

Wonderful in so many ways!

  2. my knitting ability used to be limited too (well in some ways it still is) but after reading some books and trying things out, i'm finally getting better! try it, one day, when you have a little more time on your hands ;-)

  3. Any combination with turquoise and red is so captivating, handmade baby gifts are simply the best. So beautiful. I loved your post on the baby boy dream, so sweet.
