old school cookery

I truly believe that the greatest recipes come from the older people in our lives. Tried and tested and passed on down the line. When it comes to sweet things, my Gran is the one I turn to.

Lemon butter. Fig jam. Quince Jelly.

All of my favourite recipes come from Gran. Many of these came from her mother. I love that sense of heritage. Food that's rich in tradition.
