today . . .







today there were no tears {from me or from her}. 
it felt easy and familiar as she trotted off confidently, happy to be entering the big kindy.


my boy and i enjoyed a lovely quiet day together. just the two of us. 
i'll be savouring the next three months with him, before the new baby arrives.

    so sweet. Love her cute hair and sandals. Reminds me of my youngest sister, who started high school this week. Whenever I'm home she asks me to french braid her hair.. x

    She looks perfect. I love her hair and her outfit. Well done for not crying! I like her backpack - my daughter had a little lunchbox in that exact same design and my son has the one with rockets on!
