good weather for rugging up at home.
our little town is packed full of holiday makers,
so we've been avoiding it at all costs.
there's been a lot of cooking, sewing & playing.
we've also been keeping busy up at the block.
our wonderful family helped us to plant 100 trees
and build a fancy house for my chooks.
this week the builders start work on our new house.
we're busy sourcing bits and pieces from here and there.
trying to make sure the new place
has plenty of rustic charm & soul.

ReplyDeleteAre they fejoia's in the bottom pic? They grow in abundance in Nz but we have not seen them here in Australia and friends I have asked have never heard of them before.
Oh my goodness, we cut our fejoias the other way. they look so different like that. I almost didn't know what they were.
