we're finding our groove
in this new place
in this new year
the house is palatial and amazing
but i'm happiest outside
in the back corner of the yard
where the chooks and the fruit trees are

we're renting here for a year
while we build a house
up on our block
~ can't wait to settle on our own turf again.
