we made these today
from the frankie sweet treats cookbook
little bites of not-too-sweet yum
perfect with a cup of tea

shuku shuku
80g desiccated coconut
60g caster sugar
3 yolks
60g SR flour
icing sugar for dusting
...
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Mix together sugar, yolks and coconut.
Form mixture into small balls.
Roll in flour and place on tray.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
Cool on wire rack.
Roll in icing sugar.
