crocheting a train wreck

I'm just not that flash at crochet.

I end up creating a hand full of knots.

Squares take on mysterious organic abstract shapes.

I really want to make some of these. And I want them to look just as cute.

I've had a lesson from the master. It's just not happening.

Lucky the sweet ladies at the local op shop make cute little numbers like the one pictured above. Then sell them for a song!
